word of the year

I read a book last year where the women in a book club picked a word to set the tone of their year. This is the word I pick for 2009. Yours...?

My word is frugal! Been working on it and I have succumbed! Steve is grateful!

Love the word idea..mine would probably be...faithful. I need to make sure that this year I am faithful to what is important to me...and the rest will all fall into place.

love ya! let's do breakfast next week...M/W/F are the days Grayson is at school!

Hmmm. I love simplify, that was my word last year (if I had actually declared a word). I think this year I'll choose "enjoy". I often feel so tired, frustrated, and busy as a mom of 4 young kids that I forget to enjoy it... enjoy the little things they do, their personalities, my time with them, etc... not be in such a hurry to get to the next task, get the work done, blah, blah, blah... just live in the moment with my kids and truly ENJOY it.

Breathe...I need to just take a moment and breathe! I know this year's going to be hectic to if I can just breathe before I react to everything, maybe the chaos won't be so unsettling. I promise to call on the next visit... or else I'll just crash your place:)
